Tennessee Valley Pastoral Counseling is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing professional and affordable Christian counseling services to individuals, couples, and families nationwide via secure online video counseling. Some areas we address include: anxiety, depression, anger management, personality disorders, addictive behaviors, and issues related to grief and trauma. Through Tennessee Valley Ministry Institute, we also provide certified pastoral counseling training to professional and lay ministry leaders with live and interactive certificate programs offered on-site at churches or via online video. Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is available at all ages for various issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, and addiction. Ultimately, pastoral counseling can help one adapt new behaviors and responses in order to live the life that God has intended.

Couple Counseling

Marital counseling is provided for couples dealing with a variety of problems within marriage such as infidelity, financial problems, sexual intimacy, abuse, pornography, and a host of other situations. Premarital counseling is also available over a period of eight weekly sessions.

Family Counseling

There are many reasons why a family may seek collective counseling. Perhaps it is unresolved grief over a loved one who has passed, coping with a recent divorce, dealing with a recent traumatic event, or even parents struggling with a child exhibiting behavioral difficulties.

Group Counseling

We offer a diverse array of support groups for such people as parents who are struggling with behavioral disorders in children, addiction recovery, anger or grief management, family members coping with a loved one suffering from mental illness, and more.

Personality Assessments

TVPC offers personality testing for individuals, churches, and other Christian ministries which can be used for either personal enrichment, staff coaching, or for pre-employment screening. For the latter, a detailed report is provided to both administration and the candidate.

Counseling Training

In our effort to help develop and implement effective counseling ministries in the local church, our Christian Coaching and Pastoral Counseling programs provide certified live and online instruction to professional and lay ministry leaders in numerous areas of spiritual care.
